South Asian Modernisms : Australian Scholarship and Global Perspectives is a travelling exhibition initiated from a major international exhibition at Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. The exhibition titled “The Project of Independence: Architectures of Decolonization in South Asia, 1947–1985” was held from Feb to July 2022 and showcased the Modern Architecture of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
